Position Summary

We're seeking a strategic and driven Director of Account Management to lead the charge in expanding wallet share, strengthening relationships, and ensuring our clients stay delighted and loyal.

You'll partner with an exceptional team of Senior Account Managers to drive growth, uncover new opportunities, and deliver extraordinary client value all while mentoring and inspiring others to reach their full potential.

What You'll Do

• Lead and motivate our Senior Account Management team to develop smart, strategic growth plans for existing clients.
• Expand wallet share by identifying cross-sell and upsell opportunities within our managed services portfolio.
• Act as a trusted advisor and executive sponsor on key accounts, building long-term, high-trust partnerships.
• Analyze account data to spot growth opportunities and prevent churn before it happens.
• Collaborate with Service Delivery and Project Management to ensure a seamless client experience.
• Coach and mentor your team in consultative selling and value-based client conversations.
• Own and deliver revenue forecasts and growth targets for account management.
• Partner with Marketing and Product teams to craft creative, client-focused offers.
• Stay on top of industry trends and competitive insights to position StoredTech as a leader in the MSP space.
