Pay Ranges : $150000- $200,000

Job Description :

We re seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a diverse portfolio of utility-scale projects across HV, MV, LV, overhead, and underground transmission lines . In this role, you ll also have the chance to work on distribution, private networks, and BESS projects , helping shape the future of the electric grid.

  • Take full ownership of project execution, from proposals to delivery
  • Lead project teams through conceptual design and procurement phases
  • Manage schedules, budgets, and scopes while ensuring stakeholder alignment
  • Drive safety culture across all phases of the project
  • Collaborate with clients, internal teams, and external partners to achieve successful outcomes
  • Balance corporate office responsibilities with on-site project leadership (approx. 25% travel required)

Qualifications

  • 10+ years in the power delivery industry with experience in substation design and execution
  • Strong background in multiple phases of project execution
  • Bachelor s degree in Engineering or related field (PE / P.Eng. preferred)
  • Proven ability to manage multidisciplinary project teams
  • Strong communication skills to interface across clients and stakeholders

  • Role is based out of the Walnut Creek office, with ~25% travel to project sites
  • Candidates must be able to meet standard pre-employment requirements (background, drug screen, MVR, etc.)

    Professional Engineer (PE) license
