Our client is looking for an experienced accounting or financial analyst to support their finance team during a high-activity period. This role will focus on financial analysis, reporting, and accounting support across multiple business units. M-F 8a-5p pay - $38 DOE contract role.

Key Responsibilities :

• Analyze financial performance including revenue, costs, margins, and operational trends across multiple locations or business units
• Assist with recurring and ad hoc financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting activities
• Partner with finance leadership to review branch or departmental financial results and variances
• Support month-end close activities including journal entries, allocations, and balance sheet reconciliations
• Assist with fixed asset accounting, including tracking, approvals, depreciation, and reporting
• Prepare and maintain financial reports using reporting and budgeting tools
• Participate in special finance and accounting projects as business needs arise
• Build effective working relationships with internal stakeholders to support accurate financial reporting
