Customer Service Specialist

A company is looking for a Customer Service Specialist Temp to Perm (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

Interact and assist customers via telephone, email, and online chat

Provide support and information on products and services while creating a positive shopping experience

Field consumer questions and complaints, escalating as needed, and review warranty claims

Required Qualifications

Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn new software

Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office Suite, with basic Excel and math skills required

Must be able to work efficiently and meet all KPIs

Must be a US citizen or permanent resident
