Compensation : Starting at $20 / hr

Job Description : We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Success Representative (CSR) / Office Assistant to join our team. This full-time, dual-role position is vital to ensuring customer satisfaction and supporting our advisors in their daily tasks.

Key Responsibilities :

Customer Success Representative (CSR) :

  • Ensure customer success by utilizing retention marketing tools to keep vehicles maintained and repaired at our top-rated shop.
  • Make thank you calls to customers to express appreciation for their business.
  • Conduct daily Repair Order (RO) audits to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Write and send handwritten cards to new customers to welcome them to our shop.
  • File and manage paperwork, including RO’s, bills, and financial documents.

Office Assistant :

  • Support service advisors by helping them navigate their day-to-day challenges.
  • Answer phone calls, assist with customer inquiries, and set appointments (if trained).
  • Assist with upselling services and products (if trained).
  • Prepare estimates and inspections for customer vehicles.
  • Process customer payments and ensure a positive "kiss goodbye" experience.
  • Act as a shuttle driver and parts runner as needed.
  • Conduct shop tours for new or prospective customers.
  • Send text reminders for appointments and follow-up with customers.

  • Qualifications :

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a customer service or office assistant role is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer skills.
  • Valid California driver's license required.
  • Bilingual (English / Spanish) is a plus.
