CGP : Sr. Billing Specialist - SaaS

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sr. Billing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience with tech industry billing, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience and location. Expected starting base salary $31 to $41 per hour.

Responsibilities :

• Process new SaaS and professional services contracts
• Diagnose and resolve basic and complex customer billing and accounts receivable questions or problems promptly to ensure that customers are billed correctly
• Collaborate with sales, customer success, and support to ensure a smooth and efficient billing process
• Assist in developing and optimizing billing processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy
• Monitor billing metrics and identify opportunities for improvement
• Process transactions in billing department for our SaaS products using NetSuite
• Generate and send accurate and timely customer invoices based on contractual agreements and billing schedules
• Perform billing adjustments, such as prorations, cancellations, and upgrades / downgrades, as necessary
• Identify and resolve billing discrepancies, working closely with the finance and customer success teams
• Other duties as assigned
