As the Director of Data Governance and Privacy Compliance for US Commercial , you'll be at the forefront of developing and implementing strategies that ensure data quality, security, compliance, and privacy across our organization. This pivotal role demands a visionary leader who can align commercial data management practices with regulatory standards, company policies, and industry best practices. Based in Boston, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to foster a culture of data integrity and accountability while managing US data privacy concerns. You will report to the Executive Director of Strategic Data Management and Advanced Analytics. Your skills will guide our progress in data oversight.

You will be responsible for :

Responsibilities

• Data Governance Strategy & Framework

Develop and implement data governance policies, standards, and procedures for the commercial organization.

Monitor data quality and integrity across commercial data assets, identifying and resolving issues.

Ensure adherence to regulations regarding data privacy, including addressing US data privacy considerations.

Build strong relationships with commercial stakeholders, including data owners, data stewards, and business users.

Stay current on industry trends in the USA concerning data governance and the management of data.

Requirements

Education : Bachelor’s degree in a related field; advanced degree preferred.

Compensation and other factors

The annual base pay (or hourly rate of compensation) for this position ranges from $181,000-272,000. Hourly and salaried non-exempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours. Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition, our positions offer a short-term incentive bonus opportunity; eligibility to participate in our equity-based long-term incentive program (salaried roles), to receive a retirement contribution (hourly roles), and commission payment eligibility (sales roles). Benefits offered included a qualified retirement program [401(k) plan]; paid vacation and holidays; paid leaves; and, health benefits including medical, prescription drug, dental, and vision coverage in accordance with the terms and conditions of the applicable plans. Additional details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment. If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base pay (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department / team performance, and market factors.
