The Head of Marketing will be responsible for shaping and executing the G / FORE's global marketing strategy, driving consumer engagement, and strengthening brand awareness across all channels. This role requires a dynamic leader who combines creativity, data-driven insights, and deep understanding of the golf and lifestyle consumer.
This role will oversee all aspects of marketing for this global Footwear & Apparel brandincluding brand strategy, creative, PR, partnerships, events, and retail marketingwhile leading and developing a high performing team.

The annual salary range for this position is starting from $160,000.00, experience dependent. In addition to base salary, employees are eligible to participate in the company's annual performance bonus program. This program rewards individuals and teams for achieving specific goals and contributing to the overall success of the organization. Bonus payments are typically made at the end of the fiscal year, and eligibility is determined by meeting pre-defined performance metrics and being employed at the time of bonus distribution.
