Salary Base salary + UNCAPPED incentive earning potential! Guaranteed minimum annual base pay of $43,000, a competitive benefits package PLUS an uncapped performance-based incentive, giving you the opportunity to increase your earnings on average up to an additional $27,300 on top of the guaranteed base pay annually. Many of our top performers who consistently meet and exceed their goals earn up to an additional $75,000 on top of their annual base pay. Experience Sales experience is preferred but not required. Interactive customer-facing experience is required, including retail, restaurant, hospitality, or call center roles. Must have the motivation to sell and earn incentive. Open to recent college graduates, early career talent, career changers, as well as sales experience and PandC industry experience.
