Senior Product Manager

Head of Product

We are in an exciting stage with our company and ready to scale across the country. We are looking for a Product Leader to drive strategies for how we develop and execute our product roadmap.

This role requires working cross-functionally with the senior management team and developing a strong vision for us. This leader will be responsible for creating and maintaining processes on how we make strategic decisions and communicating effectively across our growing teams and stakeholders as we scale.

Responsibilities

Create product vision and drive the strategy, prioritization, roadmap, and execution

Own communication with stakeholders to create alignment for roadmap

Coordinate with multiple teams for QA and release processes

Partner closely with engineering, design, and business teams to deliver solutions that satisfy customer experience, business, and technology goals

Synthesize requirements into platform and services capabilities, writing very clear, thorough and detailed user stories for complex features

Build scalable architecture while maintaining overall quality

Define a set of success metrics to measure customer satisfaction and business impact and be able to utilize them in decision-making

Use excellent judgment in prioritizing between features, architectural improvements and operational excellence

Stay on top of customer preferences, technology trends, competitors, and market demand

What we're looking for

4+ years of product management experience (ability to define use cases, prioritize backlog, perform customer interviews) of a B2B web-based software company (SaaS)

Ability to re-prioritize regularly and keep larger goal and objectives in mind

Exceptional skills in prioritizing and building cross functional alignment around those priorities

Exceptional communication and presentation abilities

Data-driven approach to feature prioritization and defining release criteria
