Your Role at Faction

As the face of our organization, you’ll represent the Faction brand by helping families secure end-of-life insurance coverage . Your work will involve connecting with potential clients, building meaningful relationships, and delivering customized insurance solutions that bring peace of mind. Key responsibilities include :

• Conducting outreach to qualified leads, with occasional cold calls.
• Establishing trust and rapport with prospective clients.
• Educating families about the importance of end-of-life coverage and tailoring solutions to fit their needs to enroll them in a program that best-fits their individual needs.
