What We Can Achieve Together :

The Information Technology Technician I assists in the maintenance, tracking, troubleshooting, and providing temporary loaner computers for our users. They'll assist staff with troubleshooting software and hardware problems including Zoom and Microsoft Teams call support. They are responsible for Technology onboarding for new employees, serving as one of the initial points of contact when staff members join the organization, and assisting with redeployment of computer assets here with the help of staff.

The selected candidate will work from 4 : 00 AM to 12 : 00 PM EDT to support our team members based in Europe, Middle East and Africa.

Our ideal candidate has an in-depth knowledge of computer software and hardware and a hands-on experience with a different variety of internet applications, networks and operating systems. Providing optimal customer service will be a key function in this role. What You'll Bring :

• Associates degree along with 2 years of work experience troubleshooting computer and network systems or equivalent combined.
• Experience with MS Office software, Windows and Macintosh environment.
• Experience manipulating, analyzing and interpreting data.
• Excellent written and verbal communication

Salary Information :

The starting pay range for a candidate selected for this position is generally within the range of $67,000 - $70,000 . This range only applies to candidates whose country of employment is the USA. Where a successful candidate's actual pay will fall within this range will be based on a variety of factors, including, for example, the candidate's location, qualifications, specific skills, and experience. Please note countries outside the USA would have a different pay range in the local currency based on the local labor market, and not tied to USA pay or ranges. Your geographic location will be confirmed during the recruitment.
