Basic Function – Day-to-day management of all-Valet locations ensuring that parking operations are handled within contractual guidelines of the specific location, fostering good client relations, and promoting a professional image and approach to the business. Field-driven, strong working knowledge of computer applications and tools.
Key Responsibilities :
- Participates and implements programs to improve client and customer satisfaction.
- Engages in the development of property level financial and operational goals in the Valet revenue system TEZ.
- Manages day-to-day activities and operations across IAH and HOU Valet.
- Schedule and deploy staff based on demand, volume, and location needs.
- Manages the valet team in all aspects including staffing, hiring, onboarding, personnel performance issues, and compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Resolves any known accidents, observed or suspected violations of Company policy, safety hazards or any unusual occurrences.
- Assists the valet team in all areas where needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
Required Skills & Experience :
3+ years of leadership experience across field operations, transportation, and customer service sectors.Strong computer literacy (Excel, mobile dispatch tools, reporting systems).Comfortable managing multiple locations and mobile teams.Excellent communication, organization, and coaching skills.Airport or parking operations experience a plus.Bilingual (English / Spanish) is a plus.Valid driver’s license required .Shift requirements, if any, will vary depending on the location's hiring needs. If applicable, availability to work 2nd shift, 3rd shift and / or weekends and holidays may be required.Must pass background check, MVR check, drug screening and HAS badging process.Key Metrics / KPIs :
Staff coverage compliance by location and shift.Daily assistance volume and service response times.Positive customer feedback trends.Reduction in unresolved incidents or dispatch escalations.Physical Requirements :
Frequent walking through parking structures and terminal zones.Comfortable working outdoors and in varying weather.While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk; and use hands to handle cash and equipment.The employee is occasionally required to sit and climb or balance.
