About the Role

We're looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Payable (AP) Analyst to join our growing Finance team. You'll play a key role in managing invoice processing, payments, and cash flow across both our fund entities and management company.

This role is perfect for someone who's analytical, proactive, and eager to learn — someone who enjoys building efficient processes and keeping the financial engine running smoothly. You'll collaborate closely with colleagues across Finance, Operations, and senior leadership while gaining exposure to the inner workings of a fast-paced investment platform.

What You'll Do

Invoice & Expense Management

• Review, code, and process invoices for fund and management company expenses
• Ensure all invoices are properly documented, coded, and approved
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies
• Support month-end close with accruals and reconciliations

Wires & Cash Management
