Senior Product Manager
The Fulfillment Product team is responsible for the technology that powers our Fulfillment network, driving optimization and AOP initiatives to support eCommerce growth. They deliver transformational technology solutions for our Business, Associates, and Customers. The Senior Product Manager will bring Supply Chain expertise, provide cross-functional influence, and support data-driven decision-making while focusing on utilization of AI / ML Integration and Digital Transformation.
What You'll Do
Develop and enhance moderately complex products by developing and managing product roadmaps; gathering and documenting requirements; collecting and analyzing customer and product data; turning insights into actionable stories; executing on user and business acceptance criteria; and roll out product features.
Work cross functionally with multiple teams to execute and deliver the desired business outcome.
Track Data and KPIs and leverage AI tools to optimize existing capabilities and innovate for the future.
What You'll Bring
Experience working through a full product lifecycle, user story writing skills, user journey mapping, wireframing, and creating workflow diagrams.
Written and verbal communication skills that enable you to simplify complex problems and evangelize a strategy and roadmap to stakeholders.
Domain knowledge in warehouse technology, Warehouse controls and execution systems, omnichannel experience.
You are comfortable with understanding a product's tech stack and can engage in effective technical discussions with engineering partners.
Previous experience working in a highly automated Fulfillment Center / Distribution Center environment a plus.

Minimum Qualifications
Option 1 : Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related area and 7 years' experience in product management. Option 2 : 9 years' experience in product management or related area.
Preferred Qualifications
Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related area and 6 years' experience as a product manager, ideally working on consumer-facing, large-scale, highly complex B2B / C products.
