The Microsoft Acquisition and Venture Success (MAVS) purpose is to be a driving force to enable and protect Microsoft's strategic growth through acquisition / venture diligence and integration success. A core team within the practice is Finance & Compliance Integration Management, which is responsible for building, evolving, and managing the acquisition and divestiture success process across all Finance and Compliance functions.

The Group Manager MAVS Finance will lead cross-functional teams responsible for financial integration across Microsofts acquisition and divestiture deal portfolio. This role requires experience in corporate finance, M&A operations, and stakeholder management, with a focus on driving scalable solutions and delivering business outcomes aligned with Microsofts strategic priorities.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to build relationships across every facet of Finance and Compliance, grow skills in connecting into business goals / ambitions to realize value of acquisitions or divestures, and further support improvements to operational excellence by driving integration success.
