Wms User Acceptance Testing (Uat) And Training Lead
The WMS User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Training Lead at US Foods is responsible for implementing and enhancing US Foods IT and Process capabilities at their assigned Distribution Center(s). This role drives the successful implementation and adoption of the WMS, ensures consistent value creation for stakeholders (primarily technology users), and represents the needs and voice of our Field Operations. This role will focus on the user testing and training activities for their assigned DC(s). This role will lead the local testing of all relevant WMS functionality, co-develop training materials with partners, train warehouse operators to learn the new system, and perform other operational readiness activities as needed to prepare the DC for WMS GoLive. As a critical figure in the change management process, the WMS UAT and Training Lead works with all project resources and impacted operations to build trust and consistent, productive lines of communication. As a key part of the WMS project team, this role will be driving the transformation and evolution of fundamental supply chain technology. The right candidate is a strategic thinker with the ability to think across both physical operations and logical IT processes, someone who can respond quickly to changing business needs & priorities, and someone who offers a proven track record of creating and managing change. They must possess the ability to rapidly earn trust with both stakeholders and team members and can work effectively with cross-functional teams. This position requires up to 80% travel and sometimes involves weekends.

This role will also eligible for an annual incentive bonus of 20%.

Compensation depends on relevant experience and / or education, specific skills, function, geographic location, and other factors as applicable by law (for example : state minimum wage thresholds). The expected base rate for this role is between $85,000 - $140,000.
