Job description

Role Overvie w

  • Responsible for managing, monitoring, and maintaining the Solace messaging infrastructure across enterprise environments
  • Includes build and deployment activities, middleware configuration, and production support aligned with engineering standard s

Key Responsibilities

Infrastructure Management

  • Administer and support Solace PubSub platform for high availability and scalability
  • Install, configure, and upgrade Solace instances
  • Monitor broker health, message flows, and ensure optimal performance

    • Build & Deployment

  • Design, implement, and maintain build and deployment processes for applications
  • Perform installation / upgradation of middleware technologies
  • Set up clustering / HA environments and trigger / monitor builds
  • Ensure clean VTM and BCM runs prior to turnover

    • Support & Troubleshooting

  • Provide Level 2 / 3 support for Solace-related incidents
  • Troubleshoot issues such as message delays, loss, or connectivity problems
  • Escalate issues to Level 3 support per defined procedure
