Position Overview

We are looking for a California-licensed attorney with 3 to 8 years of experience in labor and employment law. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in handling employment disputes and litigation , including single plaintiff cases , class actions , and PAGA claims . This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic litigation practice and enjoys acting as a trusted advisor to a diverse range of businesses.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle employment matters including harassment, discrimination, retaliation, termination, and wage  and hour issues
• Draft and respond to pleadings, discovery requests, and dispositive motions
• Prepare mediation briefs, trial briefs, and trial documents
• Assist in deposition preparation and strategy
• Provide advice and counseling on employment law issues
• Represent clients in state and federal courts
