Restaurant Manager

As a Restaurant Manager, you will oversee front-of-house operations, ensure great food and service is delivered to our guests, and manage all front-of-house employees.

Responsibilities

The position of Restaurant Manager includes managing daily front-of-house operations, driving sales, steps of service, and guest satisfaction, overseeing the cleanliness of the restaurant and the safety of guests, understanding and managing safe food-handling procedures, assisting with interviewing, hiring, and training front-of-house staff, and all other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, a minimum of 1 year of prior management experience in family or casual dining, ServSafe Food Manager Certification, excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills, strong planning, problem-solving, and organization skills, ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, and ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. Ability to stand, walk, reach, and bend for extended periods.
