Job Title : IT Manager

Location : Marshalltown, IA

Responsibilities

• Manage all computer and network components including servers, network equipment, wireless access points, cabling, printers and workstations.
• Handle Vendor Access Requests; manage and secure software licenses.
• Oversee security camera systems and access control systems.
• Maintain knowledge of Cisco phone systems and Kronos clock systems; support all Production Floor / Plant Floor Systems.
• Collaborate with end users to propose new hardware and software solutions.
• Test all hardware and software modifications before deployment to production.
• Provide hardware and software diagnostics for network, hardware, and software issues.
• Work with Department Managers on projects as required; assist the Automation Electronic and Instrumentation Team on related tasks.
• Communicate plant system outages and notices.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
