Summary / Objective
The Program Coordinator provides operational oversight at Serenity Place South and Mirror Lake Manor which provide treatment for mental health transitional housing and sub-acute crisis residential. The Program Coordinator builds and maintains positive relationships with the community and other partners, providing information to internal and external inquiries about the treatment programs.

Work Environment
This job operates in a residential treatment facility environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as laptop computers, photocopiers, and smartphones.
Physical Demands
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to perform the essential functions of this job successfully. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and ability to adjust focus. This would require the ability to bend or stoop as necessary. This position must be mobile throughout the facility, as well as work on a computer for periods.
Position Type / Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work vary depending on the assigned shift.
Travel
Little to no travel is expected for this position, except to transport patients to various locations.
Required Education, Experience or Eligibility Qualifications
A Bachelor's degree in human services with one (1) year of case management experience or An Associate degree with a minimum of two (2) years of case management, or related experience or High school diploma or equivalent and minimum four (4) years case management or similar treatment experience Proficient with a variety of computer software programs, including but not limited to Microsoft Suite and desktop publishing
Preferred Education and Experience
Previous Human Services training and experience in the addiction field
