Salary : $19-$25 an hour

We are seeking motivated individuals to coordinate in-home provider care for patients in our community; known as PAS or PHC services. This opportunity will bring you into the exciting and growing field of provider services.

Responsibilities will include :

• Providing excellent customer service to clients, doctors, and case workers
• Receive incoming referrals and verify eligibility of referral for services.
• Provide support with 211, Maximus, and MCO calls.
• Assist with home visits and help clients feel comfortable with required documentation.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications :

Experience with insurance verification, medical records, or patient financial services.

Basic understanding of managed care organizations.

Previous professional work experience.

Strong communication and organizational skills.

Ability to manage a high volume of calls and follow-ups.

Flexible schedule for overtime as needed

Preferred Qualifications :

Associate's Degree

One to two years in a healthcare office setting.

English and Spanish Proficiency
