Youth & Family Navigator (Non-Exempt / Hourly position)

Families and Youth Innovation Plus is hiring a full-time Youth & Family Navigator.

The Youth & Family Navigator is the first person to greet and navigate the needs of people seeking services at FYI +. This role is responsible for harmonizing multiple systems of response and services through referral systems, service coordination, screening, and triage. This role will also engage in outreach efforts and develop community relationships in efforts to provide consumers with a wide selection of services to meet the presenting needs. This role is intended to be a multi-service position that will require the ability to ensure customer service, customer satisfaction and service delivery from trauma informed / responsive lenses.
