Siebel Billing Analyst

Job Description

Insight Global is hiring for a Billing Analyst to join their Billing Design Team to sit onsite in either Charlotte, NC or St. Louis, MO for a large, telecommunication company. This person will be working within the internal product catalog and marketing worksheets to help navigate business requirements. This analyst will be assisting with the Siebel catalog work from an offer and service code setup and configuration perspective. Furthermore, they will also be working closely the implementation team and all levels of management. The ideal candidate will have experience working within a telecommunications environment, CSG knowledge, and strong attention to detail. This team sits 4 days onsite in Maryland Heights, MO and 1 day remote.

Here's a simple explanation :

A Billing Analyst using CSG handles customer billing tasks. They migrate accounts, check and fix billing data, process invoices, and resolve billing issues. They also communicate with customers and teams to make sure bills are accurate and delivered on time. The role is a mix of data entry, problem-solving, and customer support.

Skills and Requirements

Must Haves :

• 3-5 years' experience as a Billing Analyst / Business Analyst
• Strong Attention to Detail, Strong Work Ethic
• Knowledge of SQL

CSG experience Plusses :

Telecommunications Experience
