Your Mission
- Lead the full sales lifecycle—from prospecting to deal closure
- Promote a robust suite of solutions across trading, portfolio oversight, compliance, and data intelligence
- Build and nurture relationships with senior stakeholders at buy-side institutions
- Partner with product and strategy teams to deliver tailored, forward-thinking solutions
- Serve as a trusted advisor, aligning client needs with platform capabilities
- Represent the firm at industry events and contribute to strategic growth initiatives
- Support and mentor junior team members to elevate overall sales performance
Your Profile
8-15+ years of enterprise sales experience in fintech, financial software, or capital marketsMust have sold OMS / PMS technology into hedge funds, asset managers, and / or banksDeep understanding of asset management workflows and institutional client needsProven success navigating complex sales cycles and engaging C-level decision-makersStrong communication, presentation, and consultative selling skillsWillingness to travel up to 50%Seniority level
