Senior Data Analyst
A recognized services organization in Colorado is looking to add a new Senior Data Analyst to their growing team.
Responsibilities :
The Senior Data Analyst will :
- Assist in gathering data from various internal and external sources
- Provide analytics on product and sales data to build insights into customer behavior and product trends
- Collaborate to invent proprietary computational decision support tools
- Model and forecast business trends based on historical data sets and planned product changes or feature launches
- Track and report on department initiatives and status reports
- Lead cross-functional projects related to reporting improvements
- Generate requirements documentation, with minimal direction, through facilitated work sessions or individual interviews with sponsors and stakeholders and manage changes to those requirements
- Create and maintain discrete trending dashboards for utilization by the working team and the executive team
- Perform other duties as required
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, or other data science degree
- Experience working with SQL, SAS for data exploration, wrangling, and data access
- Microsoft Office proficient (Excel and PowerPoint)
- Ability to read, write, speak and understand English
- Great interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong attention to detail
- Highly organized
Desired Skills :
- Experience working with Data Science Programming languages, such as R or Python
- Experience working with Data Science Enablement tools, such as Alteryx
- Product Management and / or Product Development experience
