You will be mentored by excellent attorneys while you work on sophisticated and groundbreaking matters in an international and growing practice.
This is a unique opportunity to join a stable group that is willing to invest in Labor & Employment and has a track record of promoting internally.
The ideal candidate will have :
- 3+ years of Labor & Employment management-side experience at a large law firm
- Significant defense-side employment litigation experience in matters involving wrongful termination, discrimination, unfair competition, PAGA, and wage and hour claims
- Advice and counseling experience
- Outstanding academic credentials
- A license to practice law in California (active and in good standing)
