Key Responsibilities
Lead customer-driven research, validation trials, and product applications to address formulation and performance challenges
Serve as a technical liaison between customers, sales, and marketing, translating scientific concepts into actionable solutions
Develop and deliver technical training and presentations to enhance customer engagement and support the technical brand
Qualifications
B.S. in Animal Science, Food Science, Nutrition, Biology, Chemistry, or a related technical discipline; M.S. or PhD preferred
Minimum of 8 years of industry experience, with at least 2 years in technical services or customer-facing roles
Demonstrated ability to interpret and communicate technical data effectively to diverse audiences
Strong analytical and organizational skills, capable of managing multiple projects and priorities
