Job description

Title : Licensed Practical Nurse

Location : Far Rockaway, NY 11691.

Term : Contract : 13 weeks

Shift : 8 hours Evenings& Nights shifts available

Local pay rate : $42 / hour

Requirements :

State LPN license.
BLS / CPR required.
Must be Vaccinated
Min 1 -2 year of LPN experience in rehab or skilled nursing facility will be preferred .

Responsibilities :

Monitor patients throughout their treatment.

Perform routine checks of patients' vital signs.

Ensure that patients take their medication.

Assist doctors and registered nurses.

Liaise with patients' families.
