Invoicing Specialist

Role Overview

PIC North America, a Genus Company, has an exciting opportunity. We are looking for a highly motivated Invoicing Specialist to join our team. This position, located in our Hendersonville, TN office, is responsible for partnering with other departments of the customer service team to process invoices, verify pricing to contracts, and calculate market-based pricing components. The invoicing specialist will develop an understanding of our customers, products, services and related fees as well as collaborate with departments across the business to ensure a positive customer experience.

The successful candidate has the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with strong attention to detail, able to establish priorities and meet deadlines. The candidate must maintain confidentiality, take ownership and collaborate across multiple groups.

The salary range for this position is $50,000 - $73,000 USD. The salary provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. Genus considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education / training, and key skills.

You Will

• Process customer invoices, coordinate contract activities related to pricing and invoicing, understand and transact market-based pricing and ensure customer pricing agrees to the contracted terms.
• Work with relevant parties to resolve billing issues and provide account and activity analyses on a regular and ad hoc basis.
• Track, record and report status of customer royalty reports and generation of invoices.
• Process automated and manual invoices using company financial database.
• Match invoices to contracts, transfer and delivery documents.
• Monitor weekly shipments to ensure invoicing of all direct and indirect sales.
• Prepare multiplier payments and approve those payments weekly.
• Prepare monthly reports for all direct / indirect sales, semen and royalties.
• Provide monthly accruals for royalties to finance.
• File documents in accordance with prescribed policies as well as conform with and abide by all regulations, policies, work procedures, and instructions.
