Role Summary :
Reports to an Accounting Manager on the Houston Client Accounting teamFocused exclusively on third-party commercial property management accountingOversees full-cycle accounting for a portfolio of medical and commercial office propertiesSupports financial reporting, reconciliations, budgeting, variance analysis, and client communicationsTeam Structure :
Reports to one of four Accounting Managers under the Houston ControllerWorks alongside a team of 20-25 accounting professionals in a collaborative, tight-knit environmentStrong emphasis on communication, accountability, and internal compliance standardsIdeal Candidate Profile :
Minimum of 3-5+ years of commercial property accounting experienceThird-party property management accounting background strongly preferredMRI and Yardi system experience is highly valued / neededMust be detail-oriented, analytical, and highly organized with the ability to follow process-driven accounting workflowsStrong communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindsetCompensation & Benefits :
