Concrete Finisher

Green infrastructure company in Loudoun County seeking Concrete Finishers / Form Setters. We specialize in porous pavements and other green technologies that are leading the industry.

Qualifications :

• Candidate will have the necessary technical training and 2 to 5 years of field experience in Civil Concrete Finishing.
• C andidate will be a self-starter who is physically able to work hard on concrete and porous pavement projects.
• Must be able to thrive in a strict drug-free work environment.
• Must be able to pass a background check and badging requirements for projects in the commercial federal / municipal / historical market throughout the Northern Virginia, Maryland, and DC areas.
• Candidate must have a valid driver's license and own transportation to commute directly to job sites in the DC metro area.
• The candidate must have excellent interpersonal and communications skills.

Job Description :

• Must be knowledgeable in all phases of flat concrete construction and be able to finish concrete independently.
• Must have the ability to choose the correct finishing tools and techniques to finish custom concrete.
• Must also have experience with different cement finishes and sealants.
