Job Description : This role is focused on scheduling and managing production jobs within a Global Operations Center. The ideal candidate has one to two years of experience in an operations environment, strong familiarity with application monitoring and alerting, and hands?on experience operating enterprise job scheduling tools and runbooks. The role requires close collaboration with application teams, support engineers, and stakeholders to ensure timely, reliable execution of batch processes and meet SLAs.

Skill Set- Autosys, Control M, Linux / UNIX

Key responsibilities

• Manage and operate enterprise job scheduler(s) to deploy, maintain, and ensure successful execution of scheduled jobs and workflows
• Monitor application and infrastructure alerts using monitoring tools
• Respond to monitoring alerts and job failures
• Maintain job definitions, dependencies, calendars, and SLA tracking within the scheduling platform
• Coordinate with application owners and infrastructure teams for job changes, deployments, and maintenance windows
• Create and maintain clear runbooks, operational procedures, and handover documentation
• Participate in on?call rotation and provide timely communications during incidents, including status updates to stakeholders

Required skills and experience

Note : Rotational (Shift 1 (8 AM 5 PM), Shift 2 (4 PM 1 AM), Shift 3 (12 AM 9 AM)) also on weekend based upon Roaster
