Business Development Manager
Position Summary : The Business Development Manager (BDM) will work with Offering, Services, Application Engineering, Parts and Sales teams to develop and drive sales initiatives in the High Density / Liquid Cooling market. This will include all aspects of the selling cycle from Point-of-Sale services attach through Aftermarket sales opportunities. Monitor Service sales activities in this segment and improve performance through best practices development, sales training, and any other required activities to improve Service sales attach success. Identify new service opportunities and work with the outlined team above to bring them to market. Business Development role that will supplement the ongoing Offering and Sales activities across all Selling Motions to provide focus on all Services available on our thermal products.

50% The anticipated total compensation range, On Target Earning for this role in the State of Washington locality is between $0 to $150,000 per year, compensation ranges for other geographic localities may vary. The sales role is a 60 / 40 split, the base salary range is $81,000-$90,179. Certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including merit increases, annual bonus and stock. These awards are allocated based on individual performance and are role based. In addition, certain roles also have the opportunity to earn sales incentives based on revenue or utilization, depending on the terms of the plan and the employee's role. The role is eligible to participate in a comprehensive and competitive benefits program, including medical, dental, vision, disability, PTO (Flex Plan) holiday pay (9 days), and 401k.
