Job description

Execution of gummy production by working with people in a team environment to accomplish :

  • Inventory - Accounting for and preparing orders
  • Weighing and measuring of ingredients according to recipes
  • Manufacturing gummies and other confection candies utilizing the cookers and depositor
  • Demold gummies
  • Coat gummies according to PO / Client
  • Manage curing by monitoring dehumidifiers and turning and flipping gummies on curing racks.
  • Packaging / Packout.
  • Manage and maintain cleaning of equipment, tools, supplies and cleanliness of the spaces.

Documentation.

  • Production timeline
  • Cleaning Schedule
  • R&D products and evaluate creations
  • Quantities used and produced.
  • Compliance information associated with production and R&D

    • Coordinate with sales and operations departments to meet deliverable schedules.

  • Coordinating and aiding with our separate packaging team to assist with demolding, coating gummies, turning and flipping gummies (fluffing), and packaging / packout.

    • Provides informal and periodic formal job performance feedback to the team.

  • Aid in making the work job more efficient
  • Provide suggestions for improved processes for better product
  • Provide ideas for safer work environment

    • Learn, understand, and diagnose gummy production process to further new products and diagnose issues.

    Learn, and maintain depositor to be able to create new products and reduce downtime.

    Completes other projects and tasks as assigned by management.

    Communicating and reporting to Management, and also other department heads and leads to facilitate understanding of production goals, client needs and task.
