Interim Controller

We are seeking an experienced Interim Controller for a full-time onsite position in Nashville, TN.

A private equity-backed healthcare technology SaaS company is seeking an experienced Interim Controller to provide full-time day-to-day accounting leadership. The ideal candidate will have strong experience within PE-backed SaaS companies of similar size, excellent project management skills, and expertise in system implementations, international operations, and M&A.

• Lead and oversee day-to-day accounting functions and financial reporting
• Partner closely with outsourced finance and accounting providers
• Drive process improvements and help professionalize finance operations
• Support system implementations, international accounting, and M&A activities
• Collaborate with CFO and internal team to strengthen financial controls
