Senior Superintendent

The Senior Superintendent is responsible for the timely and cost-effective field coordination, quality control and day-to-day supervision of subcontracted work forces for construction projects. Responsibilities include preparing the project schedule, maintaining accurate reports describing project status, ensuring safety standards and requirements are implemented and adhered to by craftsmen and others, directing sub contractor activities, and implementing and enforcing policies, procedures, and related work rules. Qualifications include 10+ years of field experience in commercial projects, commercial and life science construction experience, supervisory responsibility as a General Foreman, Field Engineer, or Assistant Superintendent, and well-developed communication, interpersonal, organizational, and teamwork skills.
