AR Follow Up Team Lead

A company is looking for an AR Follow Up Team Lead to manage A / R workflow and communication between insurance operations and the pathology team.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise the account resolution process and ensure timely follow-up on unresolved claims

Monitor offshore resources to maintain productivity and accuracy benchmarks

Act as a resource for questions and issues, providing guidance and training as needed

Qualifications and Requirements

High School Diploma or GED required

Preferred medical billing experience

2+ years of office experience with a focus on problem solving and research

Ability to work independently and make informed decisions

Prior computer experience is required
