We are seeking a highly skilled Product Engineer who will serve as the technical lead for assigned product lines, ensuring engineering excellence and innovation. This role requires collaboration across departments and focuses on continuous product improvement and lifecycle management.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical lead for assigned product lines, ensuring engineering excellence and innovation.
• Collaborate with Production, Purchasing, Sales, and Technical Services to support product development and lifecycle management.
• Drive product enhancements and resolve quality issues through the Continuous Product Improvement (CPI) process.
• Create and approve Engineering Change Notices (ECNs) for product updates and engineering releases.
• Implement standardized solutions across product models by working with component / system leads and other Product Engineers.
• Perform and validate engineering calculations to ensure product compliance with design requirements.
• Lead initiatives focused on cost reduction and assembly process optimization.
• Supervise and mentor a team of design engineers, assigning tasks and ensuring project milestones are met.
• Engage and coordinate with remote teams and contractors as needed.
• Conduct site visits to mining operations to gather application insights and customer feedback.
• Maintain and update product line options and configuration documentation.
• Ensure all engineering activities align with safety management program.

Essential Skills

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $38.46 - $45.67 / hr.
