Job descriptionAssist in coordinating and supervising construction projects from start to finish. Help create and maintain project schedules, ensuring deadlines are met. Monitor work to ensure it meets quality standards and project specifications. Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with safety regulations on the construction site. Supervise and coordinate the activities of subcontractors and trades on site. Assist in managing materials, equipment, and labor resources effectively. Identify and address issues that arise during construction to minimize delays and cost overruns. Facilitate clear and effective communication among project stakeholders, including owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors. Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily logs, progress reports, and change orders. At least 4 years working in Commercial or Industrial Construction Experience on commercial construction projects in a project engineer or assistant superintendent capacity Must be able to commute to project site on a daily basis Strong written and verbal communication skills Self-motivated with the ability to work as part of a team or independently without supervision Detail-oriented and organized Willingness to travel across the Southeast long-term Competitive base salary Truck allowance Large per-diem amount for food / housing Paid work travel Generous PTO Learning and development Bonus potential Medical Insurance Disability Insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance Life Insurance & AD&D
