Outside Sales Representative

Re-Bath | Full-Time | $120,000-$200,000+ First-Year Potential

We are seeking a motivated Outside Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you'll meet with homeowners for in-home consultations to design and sell custom bathroom remodeling solutions. Minimum of two years of in-home sales experience is required. No cold calling-appointments are pre-set and confirmed.

Compensation & Benefits :

• Base salary of $48,000
• Uncapped commission + tiered bonuses
• Fuel reimbursement

• Top performers earn $120K-$200K+ in their first year (90% of reps earned over $160K in 2024)
