We are looking for a skilled Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team in Coraopolis, Pennsylvania. This is a Contract-to-continuous position offering a blend of onsite and remote work, providing an excellent opportunity to showcase your expertise in managing financial transactions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounts receivable processes and a commitment to accuracy and efficiency.

Responsibilities :

• Process and manage accounts receivable activities, ensuring timely and accurate completion of transactions.
• Handle cash applications, applying payments to appropriate accounts with precision.
• Conduct commercial collections to resolve outstanding balances and maintain positive client relationships.
• Oversee billing functions, including invoice preparation and distribution.
• Monitor and reconcile daily cash activity to ensure accurate financial records.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address discrepancies and improve financial workflows.
• Generate and analyze reports related to accounts receivable and cash flow.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
