Key Responsibilities
Lead payroll, compensation, and total rewards initiatives, ensuring compliance and strategic alignment
Oversee payroll processing for a multi-state workforce, enhancing systems and employee experience
Design and maintain competitive compensation structures and communicate strategies to employees
Qualifications
10+ years of experience in payroll and compensation, with 5 years in a leadership role
Proven experience in multi-state payroll management and complex compensation programs
Expertise in payroll and HRIS systems, preferably Rippling
Experience in designing total rewards programs, including equity and benefits plans
Professional certifications such as CPP or CCP preferred
