Position Summary

As the Product Manager for the NEOMED portfolio you will lead the global strategy and execution across new product development, product lifecycle management, and market expansion focused on the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) market. This role is pivotal in driving upstream marketing initiatives and product lifecycle management from market entry strategy and innovation roadmaps to global go-to-market execution.

You will lead efforts to uncover customer insights, develop category strategies, initiate new organic innovation programs, own global brand positioning / messaging, and sustain efforts for existing product lines globally. This position partners closely with R&D advancing new products through Avanos' stage-gate process, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regional needs. The role is based in Alpharetta, GA at the Avanos headquarters.
