Salary : Dependent on experience, up to USD 180,000 + Shares + Benefits

We build an electronic trading platform for sell-side fixed income trading. We are foremost a technology service provider and support part of our customers' trading infrastructure.

We're hiring a Pre-Sales Engineer in New York to help clients understand and adopt TransFICC's solutions. You'll bridge technology and business, running discovery sessions, demos, and shaping solutions for fixed income trading workflows.

What you'll be doing :

• Lead technical discovery sessions with customers, engaging stakeholders and answering complex questions in collaboration with TransFICC's technical team and external partners (including venues).
• Partner with client stakeholders to drive technical validation and closure of proposed solutions.
• Deliver engaging technical demonstrations and presentations (both remotely and in person) and contribute to RFP / RFI responses by assessing feasibility and solution fit.
• Build strong relationships with prospects to map their fixed income trading workflows, uncover pain points, and identify opportunities for efficiency and automation.
• Coordinate internal resources to align the right expertise at the right stage of the sales process.
• Act as the voice of the customer by sharing market trends, recurring requests, and workflow insights with the Product team to influence innovation and roadmap decisions.
