Overview
Direct Sales Agent Specialist (2700) - Direct Auto Insurance, an Allstate business, is responsible for the profitable growth and attainment of business goals by driving new business sales and understanding customers' needs to build rapport and trust. This role drives sales and builds and retains a book of business within the market / retail location, attracting and generating new customers and cross-selling existing customers for products including Auto, Life, Auto Club, and Roadside Assistance. The agent sells to walk-in customers and markets products outside of the office via marketing calls and in-person visits to create community relationships and promote growth.
Responsibilities
- Drive sales and grow the book of business within the market / retail location
- Attract and generate new customers; cross-sell existing customers
- Sell to walk-in customers and market products outside the office via marketing calls and in-person visits
- Build rapport and trust with customers and develop community relationships to promote growth
- Support product offerings including Auto, Life, Auto Club, and Roadside Assistance
- Collaborate with Direct Sales Leadership to plan, implement, and manage marketing and sales processes to achieve production and growth goals
Minimum Qualifications
0–2 years of experienceP&C licensing (Preferred) or must attain required licensure within 90 days of joining the companyPreferred Skills and Competencies

Base compensation varies by candidate licensing status and experience :
Unlicensed candidates : Base compensation $17.50 per hourLicensed candidates (auto or P&C) : Base compensation $20.00 per hour, based on active license and minimum 6 months of P&C sales experienceTotal compensation may include incentive pay such as commissions and bonuses based on individual and team performance.
