Job description

A company is looking for an Account Manager (AI Products) to manage client relationships and ensure successful implementation of AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain trusted relationships with client stakeholders to drive adoption and results

Lead project implementation, scoping, and planning while tracking progress and budgets

Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to translate client goals into deliverables and solutions

Required Qualifications

4+ years in account management, client success, or project delivery, preferably in SaaS or AI / tech-enabled products

Proven ability to manage complex projects across multiple stakeholders

Highly organized and proactive problem solver

Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Notion) and presentation software (e.g., PowerPoint, Google Slides)

Experience managing multiple stakeholders and projects
