OVERVIEW
The Application Services team is essential in fostering collaboration between customers and technical teams, while delivering application development through a Platform and Technology Product Operation Model. As a Systems Analyst, you'll report to the Senior Manager, Product Line Manager. You will serve as a subject matter expert in our technology products and platform features, applying and expanding your skills beyond traditional boundaries. Salary Range : $65-$85 depending on experience
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Define system scope and objectives based on complex user needs.
- Analyze business functions and workflows to determine optimal application and system integration.
- Design, analyze, and implement EDI specifications and mappings for seamless electronic data interchange with internal and external partners.
- Monitor and troubleshoot EDI transactions to ensure accurate and timely processing of enrollment, claims, billing, and payments.
- Maintain thorough documentation of EDI system changes, updates, and troubleshooting activities to support compliance and audits.
- Collaborate closely with Product Owners and stakeholders to understand business requirements and upcoming feature needs.
- Assist in creating, refining, and maintaining user stories, process diagrams, and test cases aligned with development and stakeholder expectations.
- Design and develop user interfaces and application components based on technical specifications.
- Monitor software configurations to assess their impact on data reliability and customer satisfaction.
- Provide ongoing support for one or two application platforms or business processes.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree or equivalent technical experience.
Minimum of 7 years of relevant professional experience with strong technical expertise in primary products, programs, or technologies.Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to influence stakeholders and technical teams.Proven experience working with development and operations teams to optimize product delivery.Familiarity with agile workflows and processes.Hands-on experience with data exchange protocols and tools such as EDIFACT, X12, XML, AS2, SFTP, SQL, and Sterling Integrator.Basic technical knowledge of architectural design, security policies, development standards, and sustainable design practices.Must be able to work in the United States without sponsorshipWe are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
