Provider Relations Specialist

A company is looking for a Provider Relations Specialist to support provider network strategy and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the primary contact for providers regarding inquiries and contract negotiations

Facilitate and manage relationships with providers and vendors through regular reviews and stewardship

Support the execution of agreements and maintain accurate records related to provider contracts

Required Qualifications

4+ years of experience in provider relations and contract development

Familiarity with reference-based pricing models and facility contracting concepts

Strong working knowledge of Workers Compensation fee schedules and medical coding

Some commercial healthcare experience is strongly preferred

Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
